We offer three types of exhibit space.

The first type is just the space. You bring your own activation (Tents, branding, elecricity, etc). We do offer generator rentals for $120 per space if you need one.

The second type of space rental DOES include both a tent and electricity. No need to order a separate generator!

The third type of space rental is for our FOOD VENDORS! Food Trucks select 10x10. There is a $100-$200 deposit required now (based on the size of your activation), we then charge 10% of your net sales at the conclusion of the event. Point of Sale report required at the end.

NEXT STEPS & FYI:

All entries will be submitted for Board Approval - The Contact Person will then be notified of the Board’s decision – Full payment is due now - Applications will not be fully approved until payment is received - Approved and fully paid Exhibitor applications will then receive a Welcome Kit, with legal waivers, rules and regulations and exhibitor logistics plan - Any application declined by the Board will receive full credit of all application fees - Exhibitor fees are non-refundable regardless of weather or mechanical issues - All applications must be submitted by April 27, 2020, 5pm or a $25 application price increase will go into affect.
